“The inspiration for this styled shoot came from the idea of blending two totally different vibes: beachy and boho. Oftentimes, beach weddings are thought of as summer affairs, with nautical themes and pastel tones, while boho weddings are most popular in the fall. The goal was to show that with the right color palette and details, you can bring two different design visions together seamlessly and still make it look beautiful and cohesive. The design process for this shoot began with creating a color palette. I decided on a mix of darker sunset tones like terra cotta and black. Then I balanced them with more neutral hues like tan and blush. We know true beauty is in the details, so the biggest things for us was to include aspects of both boho and beach themes throughout the entire design,” – Pia Crone, with Oak and Poppy Event Co.
