The Omelette Guys do, in fact, serve omelets, but also other breakfast items. Their tiered packages ranging from basic to premium let couples choose the variety of fillings and come with sides, like croissants, bacon and sausage links. The Belgium waffle packages come with fruit, syrup, whipped cream and applewood smoked bacon. They can make sweet or savory crepes and have add-ons for Danish pastries and other baked goods, and drinks come with many of the bundles.
Farmacy Cafe & Catering
This cafe specializes in breakfast sandwiches and wraps. Go classic with meat, egg and cheese on a croissant, or get the breakfast paninis and burritos that have homemade hash and their house salsa. For larger guest lists choose the flapjack platter, the Napoleon (French toast with sugar pecans), or the “Hippie” which is eggs, vegies, and toast. Side salads, chips, friends, and fresh squeezed lemonade are available as add ons.
Iron Rooster
This breakfast all day spot has you picking entrees to be served family style. The Breakfast of Champions options range from baked French toast (or the bananas foster version) to breakfast frittatas. Of course, you can select any of the many entree options from breakfast sandwich platters, brisket hash, or chicken & French toast. Add in their signature RooStarts, which are a fancy version of pop-tarts, or waffle churros for a sweet snack.
Ampersea
Ampersea runs a classic breakfast buffet. The basic package comes with scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, French toast, biscuits, fruit and a beverage station. Couples can add upgrades like yogurt and granola, waffle and omelet stations, or the signature Crab Cake Eggs Benedict. An all-day coffee station can be set up prior to guest arrival and run throughout the entire event for, and their bar also offers bottomless mimosa and Bloody Mary packages.
The Gourmet Girls
This restaurant and catering business is run by two ladies with experience in the gourmet food industry. Their packages serve a minimum of ten people so choose based on what you’d like to eat. Be it creme brulee French toast, applewood smoked bacon, baby bagels, frittatas, coffee cakes, potato latkes, or sweet breads they have it. Every package comes with fresh squeezed orange juice.
Jay’s Catering
Customize your brunch offerings as much as you want with the many platter options and a la carte offerings at Jay’s. Trays of French toast, morning egg sandwich boxes, bagel and lox, oatmeal bars, and Belgium waffles are available. Add coffee and tea boxes, and order meats, fruit, parfaits, and quiches on the side.
Easy Like Sunday
Made with brunch in mind, Easy Like Sunday can bring their menu to you, or hold a private event if brunch after 4pm is your thing. Their medium and large trays that feed 10-15 or 20-25 people respectively cover savories like shrimp and grits, short rib hash, and vegan hash. Meanwhile pancakes can be classic buttermilk or have seasonal additions like candied pecans, pumpkin, or lemon ricotta. But their chicken and cornmeal pancake platters stay year-round.
Chuck’s Trading Post
Chuck’s can both cater and host your breakfast event at their Baltimore restaurant, with full staff. Their classic Breakfast Bonanza has eggs, bacon or sausage, hash, fruit, and pancakes or French toast.
