How You Met We met in DC in October 2012 at a sports bar.

The Engagement Brendan proposed to me on a trip away in New Hampshire.

Wedding Design Inspiration I give all the credit to my mom, Barbara Hyatt.  She truly has an eye for design and was able to articulate all our ideas to our vendors to create a stunning backdrop for our wedding.

What Was Unique and Special About Your Wedding Day It was a small wedding with mostly family and a couple of our closest friends. The people surrounding us were the people we love and care about most in the world and it made the day so special. We are both lucky enough to each have a living grandmother and they were both able to join making it even more sentimental.

Favorite Details We chose our parents’ wedding songs for a string quartet to play for our processional. I also loved the florals and thought Radebaugh did an exceptional job. And the Pimlico cake for dessert.
