How You Met We were next door neighboors living in Fells Point, we met during the blizzard of 2016—Rachel was shoveling off her car and Matt was enjoying a snow day cocktail when they struck up a conversation.
The Engagement Matt wanted to get engaged in the snow to mirror their first meeting, so he waited until the first snowy day and proposed on our favorite neighborhood walk with their dog Wilbur as witness.
